Born and raised in Lebanon County, Anthony has always been passionate about giving back to the community. After being introduced to home health care by his wife, Tiffany, Anthony knew that he had found the perfect outlet for his passion. As part of Just Like Family since August 2006, Anthony’s passionate curiosity for home health care has been a key component in the evolution and growth of Just Like Family. Seeking to provide clients with the best service available, Anthony is dedicated to building a quality team of caregivers and employing a devoted office staff to provide superior care. With his focus on helping others, Anthony’s dedication to the community goes far beyond business as he spends a great deal of time assisting local non-profits in their efforts to improve the lives of those in Lebanon County and the surrounding areas.

Tiffany Miller
Co-Owner, Vice President
With a desire to make a difference in the lives of those in need and compassion for everyone she meets, Tiffany personifies all that Just Like Family stands for. After studying Community Health Education at East Stroudsburg University, Tiffany knew that a health career was the right path for her and it didn’t take much time for her to find her niche. As Director of Staffing since 2000, Tiffany puts her diverse skill set to use by playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the company. Approaching each task with enthusiasm, Tiffany’s passion for the work that she does is apparent. From scheduling to client-employee relations, Tiffany has a hand in all aspects of the company.

Robin Mauk
Director of Human Resources, Assessment Nurse
With over 16 years of experience working in a nursing home, Robin has had the opportunity to familiarize herself with the diverse nature of healthcare. Understanding that no two cases will ever be the same, Robin works diligently to create a Plan of Care designed to fit the unique needs of each client. Whether speaking with Robin on the phone or inviting her into your home to complete a free assessment, her professionalism and empathy is apparent. It is her hope that clients feel at ease asking questions and providing input, as their satisfaction is always her top priority. In addition to her work with clients, Robin is also in charge of hiring and training all Just Like Family field staff. Seeking to continually educate and prepare each employee with the information and skills they will need to provide top quality care, Robin also coordinates two yearly in-services.

Cortney Bowden
Director of Staffing
Scheduling numerous clients and employees, all with different preferences, is not an easy job, but after 5 years as the head scheduler at Just Like Family, Cortney has proven that even the toughest jobs can be done with accuracy and compassion. With each client being able to choose their own schedule, Cortney puts all of her effort into meeting the client’s needs both with the hours provided and the aide assigned to their case. Making an effort to get to know each client, Cortney has become a staffing aficionado who endeavors to surpass the expectations set forth for her by both the clients and staff. Cortney’s compassion for the clients and her willingness to go above and beyond largely contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction so many clients experience when choosing Just Like Family.

Alex Buck
Scheduler
Joining the Just Like Family staff in January 2015, Alex’s eagerness to learn and highly adaptive nature have proven to be invaluable traits that benefit not only Just Like Family, but also our clients and employees. Alex is always willing to take time out to go over documentation with employees, answer questions for clients, or act as a liaison between our clients and their insurance companies – submitting all required documentation to ensure that clients utilizing long-term care insurance receive the maximum benefits they are entitled to. Alex is both personable and organized; traits that align perfectly with Just Like Family’s mission to provide the highest quality care to all of our clients in a manner that is professional, caring, and empathetic to their needs.

Shirlee Barlow
Training Coordinator and Marketing Representative
Shirlee is a licensed practical nurse with extensive experience in geriatrics, quality assurance, staff development and dementia care. A licensed personal care and assisted living administrator and certified dementia care trainer, Shirlee also conducts CPR and staff training for Just Like Family.

Emily Hombach
Office Assistant
With an eye for detail and sharp organizational skills, Emily helps keep the office running as an office assistant for Just Like Family, supporting both staff and clients. A 2017 high school graduate, she is driven and eager to learn through continuing education.
