Many times the information we need to start providing care for our clients can be done over the phone. However, some potential clients feel more comfortable having a face-to-face conversation with someone.
That is why Just Like Family offers a free assessment for all potential clients.
Just Like Family’s in-house assessment nurse will come to your home and spend some time talking with you about the services we provide. During this visit she will also go over our contract, costs, and develop a plan of care best suited to your unique needs. This initial courtesy visit typically is completed in less than an hour and all information obtained during this assessment is then passed on to our office staff and appropriate field staff. If you wish to proceed with setting up care, our assessment nurse will help you establish a schedule and answer any questions you may have prior to starting care.
