Lebanon, PA – June 01, 2018: Megan Cook, a PCA has been selected as the Caring Hands Award recipient for July because of her willingness to always go above and beyond for her clients and her soothing nature. She has been employed by Just Like Family since September of 2014.
Putting most of her efforts into being a stay-at-home mom for many years, Megan found that she missed caring for others as her children began to get older and needed less assistance. As a natural caregiver, Megan found her niche with Just Like Family.
Upon receiving the award Megan stated, “I love going to work every day and getting the opportunity to know our clients better. They all have stories to tell, and I can’t wait to learn more about them!”
When Megan has a moment for herself, she enjoys getting lost in a book. She is the proud mother of a 20 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. Her 16 year old daughter is currently learning to drive and Megan enjoys taking her out and having the opportunity to teach her something new. The highlight of her week is having big Sunday dinners with her large (and loud!) family.
